Why is it saying my account is suspended?

Accounts can be suspended for one of the following reasons:
  1. Failure to pay for the service. If your payment details expire and payment is due, your access to the service will be declined until new payment details are entered.
  2. You previously chose to unsubscribe from PCE.
  3. An administrator deactivates your account. This may be due to inappropriate behaviour, such as posting content that moderators deem obscene, abusive or objectionable. If you wish to question such a decision, you must take it up with the franchise operators directly; we will not repeal franchise bans under any circumstances.
In cases 1 and 2, you can reactive your account by sending us an email.
